Citis2Go
Overview
Citis2Go is a travel agency service offering curated travel experiences and destination planning. The existing brand and website lacked visual cohesion and struggled to communicate trust and usability across devices—key expectations in the travel industry.
The project involved a full redesign of both brand identity and user experience, with the goal of creating a more polished, flexible layout.
The Challenge
The original identity and site design felt visually dated and inconsistent, weakening credibility in a competitive, experience-driven market. The website also lacked a responsive structure capable of supporting modern user behavior across desktop and mobile.
The Goal
Rebrand Citis2Go with a modern visual system and redesign the website to deliver a responsive, user-friendly experience that supports exploration, trust, and ease of use across devices.

Problem & Approach
Travel websites must do two things well: inspire confidence and make exploration effortless. The existing Citis2Go experience fell short on both fronts. Visual inconsistency reduced trust, while rigid layouts limited usability.
The approach focused on designing the system first—establishing a flexible brand foundation and layout that could support both content and future growth.
Research & Insight
This project relied on comparative analysis of modern travel platforms and usability patterns. Key insights included:
- Travel users expect clean layouts, strong hierarchy, and visual breathing room.
- Brand polish directly influences perceived trust and professionalism.
- Responsive behavior is not optional—mobile layouts must feel intentional, not compressed.
These insights informed both the brand refresh and the approach to layout and interaction.
